Who we are
We are Sichuan Wanyaoda Technology, trading as YIMEI. From our site in Chengdu we develop, produce and export two product families: Class II medical devices for professional use, and functional skincare for professional and retail channels.
YIMEI was built around one idea: a factory that can legally and reliably do both, so a distributor can build a complete range with one partner instead of three.
Two licences, one roof
Most cosmetics factories cannot enter the medical device category. Most medical device factories do not want to run cosmetics lines. Holding both production licences at the same site is what makes our offer different — and it is why our distributors can carry a range their competitors cannot match.
Everything happens on one site in Chengdu: formulation, filling, quality control and packaging. That is what makes lead times predictable and margins workable.
