Only what you choose to enter in the enquiry form: your name, company, country, email address, and optionally a WhatsApp or WeChat number, the product category you are interested in, and your message. We do not ask for payment details or any special-category data.
3. How your message reaches us
This website has no database and no server-side form handling. When you submit the form, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email client and places the text there. The information travels directly from your device to that service — it is never stored on a server belonging to this website.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To correspond with you about a possible or existing order.
- To keep records required for export and customs documentation.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is your request for a quotation (steps prior to entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.
5. Who else is involved
Depending on how you contact us, your message passes through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) or your email provider and ours. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical request data such as IP address to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. There is therefore nothing to consent to. If we ever add measurement tools, this page will be updated first and a consent notice will appear.
7. How long we keep it
Business correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as export, tax and customs rules require. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within a reasonable period.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
