What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product line and the packaging you choose. Tell us the category and the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the minimum for that specific item — trial quantities are possible, so you can test a market before scaling.
Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes. We produce under our own brands and as private label under yours, including your packaging and artwork.
How do samples work?
Two routes: choose from our existing formulations, or have our in-house laboratory develop something specific to your brief. We send samples for your evaluation and iterate until the formula is approved.
What are your production lead times?
We confirm a schedule per order once the specification and packaging are fixed. Because formulation, filling and packing all happen on our own site, the timeline is ours to control rather than queued behind a third party.
Do you help with registration in my market?
Yes. We prepare and support the documentation your market requires, including EAEU (EAC) registration and NMPA documentation, working together with your regulatory team or agent.
Are your products registered in China?
Yes. We hold a cosmetics production licence, a medical device production licence, and 25 Class II medical device registrations with China's NMPA.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM you supply the formula or specification and we manufacture it. With ODM we develop the formulation and you apply your brand. Both are available, and we will recommend the route that fits your stage and budget.
Do you handle export packing and shipping?
Yes. We pack for export and prepare the shipping documents. Shipping terms are agreed per order.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, you are welcome. Contact us with the dates you have in mind and we will arrange the visit.
Which languages can we work in?
We correspond in English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish and Arabic, and this website is published in all five.
