Why the dual licence matters to a distributor

A medical device production licence is a different regulatory track from a cosmetics licence. It requires a separate quality system, separate facility standards and separate registration work — which is why most cosmetics factories never obtain one.

For a distributor this means one supplier can cover both a professional device range and a skincare range, with consistent documentation. It also means one point of accountability if your market's authority asks questions about either.

Registration for your market

Chinese registrations let us manufacture and export. They do not automatically let you sell. Placing products legally on a foreign shelf is normally a separate step in your market — and it is usually the slowest part of a project.

• EAEU (EAC) — we prepare the technical files and work with your authorised representative in the Eurasian Economic Union.
• Other markets — we supply the dossiers your regulatory agent needs, and answer their technical questions directly.
